Exchange Policy
At Image Designer Boutique, exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues.
Size issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
Products must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
An opening video is mandatory for any damaged or defective product claim
We do not provide a pickup facility for exchanges. Customers must courier the product back to us at their own expense.
No exchange will be accepted if the above conditions are not met.
